The complainant-wife of the applicant has alleged offences under Sections 498-A, 377, 354, 504, 506, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No.178 of 2022.

Having perused the contents of the FIR what can be noticed is that, the same is based on stale incidents. Apart from this, the coaccused, who are parents of the applicant, are already protected by the Sessions Court by granting pre-arrest bail.

Custodial interrogation of applicant is not necessary. The applicant was granted Interim protection by this Court and directed to applicant to attend Investigating officer.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the directions Kiran Kawre

Considering the aforesaid circumstances the Interim order dated 13th September, 2022 can be confirmed.
ORDER
(i) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2483 of 2022 is allowed.
(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C. R. No.178 of 2022 registered with Dehu road Police Station, Pune. The applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. (iii) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application disposed off.
