By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time of four weeks, to furnish surety as directed by this Court (Coram : P.D. Naik, J.) vide order dated 21st July, 2017 passed in Bail Application No. 1615 of 2017. 2.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the time is extended by a period of four weeks. The applicant shall furnish sureties as directed vide order dated 21st July, 2017, within the extended period of four weeks. Order accordingly.
