The Petitioner has filed the present application contending therein that the Respondent No.3 is trying to erect a pond for Ganesh immersion on the plot of land which is reserved for a burial ground.

Mr. Kamble, learned Counsel on instructions makes a categorical statement that as a temporary measure and in order

2 CAW.2057/2017-WP.10695/2014(917) to control the traffic a temporary arrangement has been made for Ganesh immersion on the plot of land reserved for burial ground and the reservation of the burial ground would not be effected in that event.

In that view of the matter the grievance of the Applicant stands satisfied. The Application is disposed of accordingly. 4.
