On 20th January, 2015 the matter was again adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the applicant. On 20th January 2015 learned counsel for the applicant sought time for filing legible copies of the annexures. The objections are not removed today. Today none appears for the applicant.

Learned APP on instructions submits that in the present case charge is framed. Learned APP has submitted a list showing the criminal antecedents of the present applicant and that the applicant was arrested in as many as 36 cases.
