It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company that, as per the order passed by this Court on 9th September 2015, the applicant-insurance Company has deposited the entire decretal amount in the Trial Court.

In view thereof, the ad-interim stay granted to the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 13th February 2015 passed by M.A.C.T., Pune in M.A.C.P. No.446 of 2011, is made absolute till the final disposal of the First Appeal. 4.
