The complainant is before the court for quashing of FIR and chargesheet. The accused who is respondent no. 2 is also present. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and accused, we find that because of some dispute in relation to employment, the controversy cropped up. As such there is no public angle to it. We therefore, accept the joint request and make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
