At the behest of the Applicant pursuant to the complaint dated 29th July 2021 offence being C.R.No.520 of 2021 punishable under Sections 342, 384, 395, 365, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code came to be registered.

The Applicant - complainant is before the Court seeking quashing of the FIR.

Once the Applicant has lodged a complaint and the offence came to be registered then there is a matter between the State and the accused persons.
