This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents in CR No. 162/2014 dated 24.11.2014 registered with Coloba Police Station, Mumbai by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2280 of 2015 by its order dated 28.1.2015.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that, in the present case the police have already submitted charge sheet on 2.1.2015.

In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Priyanka Pakvasa vs. Sameer Pakvasa and anr. in Criminal Application No.723/2014 in ABA No.1785/2014 dated 25.1.2016 the present application for cancellation of bail on merits after filing of charge sheet does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
