The petitioners claim to be appointed as Junior Clerk in a minority institution in the year 2019 after the staffng pattern was sanctioned under the Government Resolution dated 28th January 2019. The appointment of petitioners is approved. While proposal for Shalarth ID was submitted, the Deputy Director of Education again sought report from Gaikwad RD 1/2

33-34-35.WPNo.1199612002-120122022.doc the Education Offcer. The Education Offcer has not submitted the report as yet.

The Deputy Director of Education was only concerned about availability of the sanctioned post. The petitioners are appointed in the minority institution. He should not have indulged in asking the report.

The Deputy Director of Education shall take decision on the proposal within six weeks from today.
