Mr. Shah submitted that minutes of consent order dated 21.08.2012 duly signed by the petitioner and respondent as well as their Advocates were tendered before this Court in three Writ Petitions. By order dated 21.08.2012, this Court disposed of those Petitions after accepting the undertakings given in paragraphs 2, 5 and 6. Contempt Petition was filed alleging breach of order dated 21.08.2012 in terms of the minutes of the consent order dated 21.08.2012. Mr. Shah fairly stated that respondent - contemnor has complied the order dated 21.08.2012. 1/2

As the respondents have complied the order dated 21.08.2012, in my opinion, it will not be appropriate to initiate action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Hence, notice is discharged. Contempt Petition is disposed of. Order accordingly.
