The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners in these matters, on instructions, submits that the Petitioners desire to withdraw these petitions with liberty to keep all the contentions of the petitioners open, since the proceedings before the trial court are pending. In the light of the above, these petitions are disposed of as withdrawn, on instructions. Needless to state that all contentions of the litigating sides in the proceedings before the trial court are kept open and the trial court to consider the same on their own merits.
