The applicant herein is arrested on 19.1.2014. He was remanded to judicial custody on 27.1.2014. The charge-sheet was filed on 10.4.2014. The case is committed to the Court of Sessions and is registered as Sessions Case No.98 of 2014 and is pending before the Addl. Sessions Judge-4, Sangli.

The learned Sessions Judge, Sangli is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the recording of evidence in Sessions Case No.98 of 2014, preferably within one year from today.
