The applicant was released on bail by order dated 13th July, 2022 and the condition of his release directed him to execute PR Bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- and furnishing of one and two sureties of the like amount. He was released on provisional cash bail for the period of four weeks. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that he has tried his level best to furnish the sureties, but the process has consumed some time and within a period of two weeks the sureties will be furnished. 3.

In the wake of the aforesaid statement and the difficulty expressed, time to furnish the sureties is extended for further period of two weeks.
