Having heard learned Counsel for the parties for some time, it is appropriate that the petitioner is permitted to move a fresh application for interim access before the learned Judge of Family Court at Mumbai. The learned Judge of Family Court shall decide the said application without being influenced by the impugned order.

All the contentions of the parties are expressly kept open.

If such an application is filed by the petitioner on or before 16th December 2017, the learned Judge of the Family Court shall endeavour to consider the said application for ad-interim relief before the Christmas Vacation.
