Ms. Shinde states that petitioner has expired and requests the matter be stood over to enable her to take instructions and bring legal heirs on record.

Mr. Kankal states that the prayer in the petition is only to direct Respondent No.3 to dispose petitioner's Appeal No. 47 of 2020 and 48 of 2020. Mr. Kankal states that Respondent No.3 will dispose the appeals by 15th December 2023 and before that petitioner's legal heirs may apply to bring themselves on record in those appeals. In our view, it is very practical suggestion made by Mr. Kankal. Ordered accordingly. 4.
