Heard learned counsel appearing for the appellant and learned APP appearing for the respondent/state.

We have carefully perused the charge-sheet and its accompaniments. The appellant's role has been described by the informant, who was assaulted by the appellant. It is alleged that the informant and his friend were assaulted by the appellant. There is a medical certificate which shows injuries sustained by the informant.

Upon overall circumstances, this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Hence, the appeal stands rejected. 4.

The observations made herein above are prima facie in nature, and will not come in the way of appellant to apply for regular bail before special court.
