The Learned Counsel for the Applicant /Appellant states that pursuant to the order dated 4-3-2014, the Appellant has deposited the decreetal amount in the Trial Court. In view thereof the above Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The Trial Court may invest the amount which has been deposited in a Fixed Deposit of a Nationalised Bank after a period of 4 weeks from date. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
