The applicant is arrested on 20th July, 2018 in connection with C.R. No. 222 of 2018, registered with MIDC Bhosari Police Station, Pune City for ofences punishable under Sections 376, 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short) and Sections 4, 6, 8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Ofences, Act, 2012 ('POCSO' for short). Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is disable person. His one hand has been afected. He is in custody from 20th July, 2018. Hence, trial may be expedited.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the trial is expedited. The Trial Court is requested to make endeavour to conclude the trial expeditiously within one year. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) Ganesh Lokhande
