By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 27 days in filing the second appeal. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and have perused the averments made in the civil application. Delay of 27 days has been properly explained in the civil application. 3.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the delay of 27 days is condoned. Civil application is made absolute in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The applicant is directed to remove all office objections within two weeks from today failing which the second appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. If all officer objections are removed and the second appeal is numbered, place the second appeal on board for 'Admission' as per CMIS date.
