Mr.Wategaonkar, petitioner in person at the outset seeks leave to withdraw the PIL as well as Criminal Application with liberty to file a fresh composite PIL. The learned counsel for the respective respondents have no objection for withdrawing the present PIL and filing a fresh composite PIL.

13crpil64.doc In the circumstances, leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. PIL is disposed of as withdrawn. In view of disposal of PIL, Criminal Applications do not survive and the same are disposed of. It is made clear that we have not gone into merits of the matter including the maintainability of the petition and, all points and contentions of the respective parties are expressly kept open. This order shall not be construed to mean that this Court has considered anything on merits.
