Prayers (a) and (b) of this petition read thus :- "A] The Bureau of Anti-corruption be directed to tender a detailed affidavit stating the number of probes pending category wise; such as Preliminary Enquiries, Open Enquiries, F.I.R.s etc; citing reasons corresponding to the case number; as on today;

B] This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the C.B.I. Anti-corruption Bureau be directed to probe the two cases cited above; against the unknown officials of the Anti1/2

As far as prayer (a) is concerned, such a wide and sweeping prayer cannot be granted in a Public Interest Litigation. As far as prayer (b) is concerned, to our knowledge, Anti Corruption Bureau of CBI is not in existence. Hence, we decline to entertain the petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
