The above First Appeal has been admitted on 07/05/2014. The above Civil Application has been filed seeking interim stay of the decree passed by the Trial Court. The said decree is a money decree in the sum of Rs.18,26,027/- which amount is inclusive of the principal amount and interest.

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant/Appellant states that the Applicant/Appellant would deposit the entire decretal amount in the Trial Court within 8 weeks from date.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Applicant/Appellant, the above Civil Application is allowed and made absolute lgc
