The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Applicant is tendering an unconditional apology for the statements made in Paragraph 6 of the Application. He states on instructions that what is set out in the letter dated 14th July 2016 (Exhibit-G to the Application) is mere recommendation of the Director of Mining.
