A preliminary objection is raised by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents by inviting my attention to Section 8 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 which does not permit fling of a Civil Revision Application against any interlocutory order of a Commercial Court, including an order on the issue of jurisdiction, and any such challenge, subject to the provisions of section13, shall be raised only in an appeal against the decree of the Commercial Court.

On being confronted with the aforesaid bar, learned counsel for the applicants, seeks permission to withdraw the application. Permission granted.

The Civil Revision Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
