The Assistant District Supply Officer, Nashik has filed an affidavit in this Court submitting herein that the order passed in Writ Petition No. 162 and 1018 of 2013 was challenged before the Hon'ble Apex Court and that the Hon'ble Apex Court has passed an order on 1/12/2014 as follows :

"Application for deletion is allowed. However, it is made clear that it would be open to the Investigating Officer, if so found necessary, to continue the investigation, if required, by including Respondent No. 5."
