Learned counsel for the parties have fairly submitted that the writ petition can be disposed of on the following consent terms :- (i) Let respondent No.4 i.e. The Apex Grievance Redressal Committee decide the appeal filed by the petitioners on 5th August, 2019 under Section 35 of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and

Priya Soparkar 506 wp 8619-19 Redevelopment) Act, 1971 within a period of six weeks from the date of appearance.

(ii) During pendecy of the appeal status-quo with regard to petitioners' structures as ordered by this court on 8th August, 2019 shall be maintained.
