Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Government Pleader. The Petitioners are before us claiming to be project affected persons on account of Thitewadi Dam project. They claim that their land in Gat Nos.809, 4235, 3816, 3814, 4237, 4209, 3872, 4158, 3842, 4210 came to be acquired for the purpose of said project and in spite of deposit of the requisite money, alternate land is not given to them. Though this seems to be the main contention raised in the Writ Petitions, we fail to understand when exactly the land was acquired, when exactly the notifications under Section 4(1) and Section 6(1) of the Land Acquisition Act,1894 were issued and when the Award came to be passed. 2.
Incorporating all these details a fresh detailed representation be given to the concerned authority within four weeks from today which shall be considered and disposed of within two months from the date of the representation, by the concerned authority of the Respondents. 3.
The Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. 4.
In view of disposal of the Writ Petitions, pending Civil Applications, if any, would not survive. They are accordingly disposed of. (G. S. KULKARNI, J.) (CHIEF JUSTICE)
