Heard learned counsel for the parties.

According to the petitioner the question involved in this petition is covered by the judgment dated 10th July, 2017 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 8587 of 2016 alongwith other companion petitions.

Learned AGP submits that as directed in paragraph 9 of the said judgment, if the petitioner is found to be in the categories mentioned in clauses (a), (b) and (c) of the said order, necessary approval will be granted in favour of the petitioner. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the Writ Petition directing Respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner's case as per the aforesaid order dated 10th July, 2017 passed in Writ Petition Sknair

As a consequence, impugned order dated 17.01.2017 Exhibit-S is set aside.
