There is delay in preferring the present application. 2] For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the Order dated 14th June 2017 is recalled subject to condition that the petitioner to pay the costs of Rs.4000/- to the High Court Legal Aid Committee. The payment of costs is condition precedent for restoration of the writ petition.
