Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused the contents of the Application. Also perused the judgment of the Reference Court. In the circumstances of the case, the judgment of the Reference Court is stayed on the condition that the applicant deposits the entire decretal amount in the Reference Court within a period of twelve weeks. If the amount is so deposited, the respondents/claimants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the same on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Reference Court.
