The petitioner is present with his Advocate. Respondent No.2 is present with her Advocate. Affidavit giving no objection for quashing of FIR sworn by Respondent No.2 is already filed on record. Orally also Respondent No.2 has given no objection. She also informs the Court that now they have changed the rented house and shifted to some other locality. In this situation, with warning to parties that if such type of conduct is repeated, serious cognizance thereof may be taken, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
