DATED : 26th MARCH, 2024 P.C:- As directed by the previous order, the learned APP has obtained instruction from Mr. Pawar, the Investigating Officer of the subject C.R. He specifically make a statement that as directed by the Court, the applicant had reported to the police station and rendered her cooperation. On instructions Ms. Ganpathy, learned APP, make a statement that investigation in the subject crime is complete and the charge- sheet is likely to be filed within period of 10 days or so. Since, no specific reason is coming from the Investigating Officer as to why despite the investigation being complete, the custody of the applicant is necessary, I deem it appropriate to confirm the order dated 6/04/2023.
