The prayer in this Petition has been made to direct the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation for setting up "Upper Tahasildar Office" for eastern Jat Taluka comprising of 67 villages at Village Madgyal, Taluka Jat District Sangli. Keeping in view the aforesaid prayer, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Principal Secretary of Revenue and Forest Aswale 1/2

508.wp.9715.17.doc Department to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's representation dated 22nd February, 2017 Exhibit-H. The Petitioner is granted liberty to submit a fresh representation before the Principal Secretary of the Revenue and Forest Department within two weeks from today. On receipt of the said application, the said authority can examine and take appropriate decision on the said representation as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of such representation.
