The learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing the matter for some time keeping in view the stand taken by the State Government in the reply seeks leave to withdraw this petition on instructions received from the son of petitioner no.2Sachin Vasant Deshmukh who is present in Court with liberty to file appropriate representation before the State Government for redressal of the grievances raised in the petition and for any other appropriate reliefs. With the liberty as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are allowed to withdraw this petition. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
