Mr. Pandey, learned Advocate for the petitioner, submitted that the Petitioner has not been provided with the sewerage connection facility and despite an amount Rs.1,55,000/- approximately is imposed upon the Petitioner, while sending the assessment bill. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court finds no reason to interfere with the impugned Order, by which the Trail Court had directed the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.15,27,912/-. The petitioner is directed to deposit the said amount in the Registry of the trial Court within a period of three weeks from today. 3.

It is made clear that, if the said amount is not deposited on or 1/2

Sajakali Jamadar 37-Wp-7255-2021.odt before 18th November, 2021, the Municipal Appeal (St.) No.2517 of 2019 shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Trial Court and in that event, Respondent/Corporation will be at liberty to initiate the necessary proceedings for recovery of the said tax.

It is needless to mention that, upon the deposit of the said amount by the petitioner within stipulated period, the Trial Court will consider the appeal of petitioner, on its own merits. 5.
