Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of the present Writ Petition, copy of complaint lodged by the Respondent No.2 has already been forwarded to the Petitioner under cover of the Registrar's letter dated 19.12.2018. In view of all such subsequent development, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to raise all such contentions, that may be raised before the Registrar. Liberty granted.
