Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for modification of the condition imposed by the Court of Session while directing the release of the applicant on pre-arrest bail by an order dated 8th October, 2020. 3.

The applicant was directed to attend Malvani police station on first Sunday of every month in between 10.30 am to 2.30 pm till conclusion of the trial.

The Court is informed that the charge sheet has been filed. 5.

In the circumstances, the condition of attendance on first Sunday of every month, which has been in operation for more than three years, operates onerously. I am, therefore, impelled to modify the condition.

The applicant shall henceforth mark her presence at Malvani Vishal Parekar ...1
