Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has tendered an Undertaking of the Petitioner as well as the Undertaking of Ms. Uma Mishra, the occupant and the power of attorney holder of the Petitioner, wherein it is specifically stated that the premises in question shall be vacated on 30 April 2019. We accept the Undertakings of the Petitioner and Ms. Uma Mishra and dispose of the Petition.
