This application is preferred by the Applicants/Petitioners for fixing early date of hearing on Writ Petition No. 3971 of 2013.

The learned Counsel for Applicants submit that initially they filed this application on the

Yadav VG 2 502.caw.2649.15.odt. ground that Applicant/Petitioner No. 1 Yamunabai Shankar Patil was senior citizen but during the pendency of this Civil Application expired.

The learned Counsel for Applicants submit that even Applicant No. 2 - Indubai Barku Bhoir is also the senior citizen.

Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for Applicants and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicants have made out the case for allowing the Civil Application. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(a) Hearing of Writ Petition No. 3971 of 2013 is expedited in the list of senior citizen. (b) Office is directed to place the Writ Petition No. 3971 of 2013 on weekly board for final hearing as per its turn in the list of senior citizen.

(c) Civil Application stand disposed of accordingly.
