Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Mumbai Central Prison, Mumbai submitted that, the Petitioner has been convicted in Special Case No.2 of 2014 @ 3 of 2016 and is sentenced to suffer life imprisonment by the trial Court. That, the Petitioner has been transferred to Kolhapur Central Prison, Kolhapur for undergoing sentence. In view of the above, the grievance of Petitioner does not survive. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off. 2.
