In both these applications, the applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with C.R.No.II-495 of 2018 and C.R.No.II-496 of 2018. The offences were registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the alleged default in respect to C.RNo.II-495 of 2018, is for an amount of Rs.18,23,950/- and the claim in respect to other FIR is Rs.8,15,880/-. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the
rpa 2/3 22-aba-1615-18,23-aba-1616-18.doc aforesaid amount has been deposited with the complainant. Learned APP submits that the applicants were involved in committing theft of electricity and the deposits were made after registration of FIR.
Considering the submissions advanced by the advocate for the applicants that the deposits has been made by the applicants, applications can be allowed.
Hence, I pass the following order:
:: O R D E R ::
(i) Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.1615 and 1616 of 2018, are allowed;
(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with C.R.No.II-496 of 2018, registered with MSEDCL Police Station, Kalyan, District - Thane, the applicants be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, each, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, each, with one or more sureties in the like amount;
(iv)Both Anticipatory Bail Applications stand disposed of.
