Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the Criminal revision application challenging the issuance of process order is already pending before the Sessions Court. Therefore, he does not press this writ petition. He seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.

Considering the prayer, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The issues raised in this petition are left open to be decided by the Revisional Court. The Revisional Court shall decide the criminal revision application as early as possible. 3.
