I have heard the Shri Vilas Tapkir, the learned counsel for the applicant. The applicant had made some other applications seeking leave, in which applications, leave has just now been refused by me (Criminal Application Nos.410/2015, 411/2015, 415/2015, 417/2015 and 418/2015). It is conceded that the same reasoning applies to the present cases also. In substance, it may be stated that, since there does exist a reasonable doubt about the truth of the matter; and since it would not be possible to uphold the order of acquittal, in the ultimate analysis, grant of leave would be futile. Leave refused.

The applications are rejected.
