The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the parties have reached an out of Court settlement in terms of which the proceedings before the Family Court have been disposed of.

In the light of the fact that in the above Writ Petition an interlocutory order of the Family Court is under challenge and since the main Marriage Petition has been disposed of, the above Writ Petition has turned infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as such. [R.M.SAVANT, J] lgc
