IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION BAIL APPLICATION NO. 2045 OF 2018 Divakar Surender Singh ....Applicant V/s.

The State of Maharashtra ....Respondent Mr. Nitin S. Kamble for the applicant.

Mr. S.S. Pednekar, APP for the State.

CORAM: SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.

DATED: 12th OCTOBER, 2018.

P.C.:

.

It is seen that on the last date of hearing, the learned APP had brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of this application, the applicant had filed Bail Application before the Sessions Court. The applicant had not disclosed to the Sessions Court about the pendency of this application. Similarly, this Court was also not informed about filing of the application before the Sessions Court. Suffice it to say such practice is deprecated. 2.

Faced with such situation, Mr. Nitin Kamble, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. 3.

Leave granted. Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn. (SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.) 1/1
