This is an application for restoration of the First Appeal, which came to be dismissed for non-payment of the Court fees. 3.

It is submitted that, now the challan is ready and the amount is also ready and it will be deposited within two weeks. 4.

Civil Application is allowed, subject to deposit of the Court fees within a period of two weeks from today.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the delay is condoned. First Appeal is restored to its original file. 6.
