This is an application for restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed for non prosecution by order dated 27th February, 2019. Learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 submits that there is a substantial delay in moving this application. On hearing learned counsel for the parties, and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed subject to Applicant depositing costs of Rs. 5,000/- with the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai within two weeks from today. On depositing the costs, as above, order dated 27th February, 2019 stands recalled. Writ Petition No. 3242 of 2019 shall stand restored to the file.

Civil application is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
