DATE: NOVEMBER 25, 2021 P.C.:- 1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R. No.217 of 2021 registered with Sakinaka Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 324 323, 504 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
2] Prosecution case is, Applicant and Complainant are in the business of A.C. repairing and out of rivalry Applicant alongwith other co-accused assaulted complainant Rajesh and his brother Sanjay. Sanjay suffered grievous injuries.

917. BA-3888-2021.doc 3] Role attributed to the Applicant is that of assault by rod. However, there is corresponding medical evidence available on record. I am informed that there are no criminal antecedents and chargesheet in the matter is already filed. Other co-accused are already released on bail. As such, Applicant is also entitled to be released on bail. 4] Applicant is directed to be released on bail in C.R. No.217 of 2021 registered with Sakinaka Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 324 323, 504 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall not try to directly or indirectly influence the prosecution witnesses and tamper with the evidence. Till charge is framed, Applicant shall remain outside the jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station.
