The application do not deserve any consideration since it is misconceived. It can be seen from the record that on 15 November, 2019 the applicant was released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. The said order was confirmed on 21 December, 2021 with certain additional conditions being imposed. However, there is no variance in condition of furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. The application is, therefore, rejected. (SMT.
