1) The learned counsel for the original complainant vehemently argued that the custody of the applicant in ABA No. 1279/2015 is imperative to save the matrimonial house of the complainant. He further submitted that the present offence, being a continuous offence, the applicant Pravin Jain may be sent to the police custody. 2) The learned APP, on instructions, from the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court submitted that the investigation pertaining to the crime No.283/2015 registered with Bangur Nagar Police Station is on the verge of completion and the custodial

2 /2 7-ABA-1339-2015.doc interrogation of the applicants is not necessary. 3) In view of the same, the interim relief is granted in ABA No. 1278/2015 and ABA No. 1279/2015 on 28.8.2015 is hereby confirmed. As far as ABA No. 1339/2015 is concerned, the interim relief granted on 11.9.2015 is hereby confirmed. All the applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
